I had the pleasure of heading back to the Pacific Northwest for an (all too brief) summer respite. Despite it being more than a decade since I’ve lived in Oregon, it still carries the emotional weight of being considered “home”. Crushes, learning to drive, marriage, graduation, the birth of my eldest son- all these life events still resound as echoes within the chamber of my heart. I wanted to share a few pictures of summertime in the Northwest- a most perfect and magical season.
This is more of, not really a photo essay, but a photo onslaught of what a summer rapaciously trying to capture the experience of four blissful and adventurous weeks was like.
Thank you for following along. Until next time.

I loved all the photos, but I’d really like to learn “4th of July Guy’s” backstory
Awesome snaps. Looks like you had an epic trip.
